Auricchio Asiago, is made with cow’s milk cheese, has a natural rind and is produced only on the Asiago plateau in the Veneto foothills in Italy.
Type: Semi-soft 
 Age: Matured for a period of 5 weeks.
Texture: Smooth
 Colour: Pale straw yellow in colour and pitted with tiny holes.
 Flavour: Mild delicate and creamy with a slight salty aftertaste.
 Aroma: Fresh
 How to use: As a table cheese as well as an appreciated ingredient for a variety of tasty salads. Also excellent with sandwiches and salads as it be easily cut, cubed, sliced or melted.
 Pairings: Berry jams, sliced pear and grapes, and pasta and risotto. As well with good wines like sauvignon blanc wine and Montepulciano d’Abruzzo wine.
