Auricchio Provolone Piccante is Italy’s No 1 Provolone. It is made from pasteurized cow’s milk and is produced in the Po valley region. It is moulded by hand, no matter the size shape or form.

 How to use: Great table cheese, slicing, melting, grating and adding it to grazing platters. Ideal as a cooking ingredient, especially on pizza, melted on meat and chicken dishes, sliced in sandwich or cut into chunks and eat it on its own.
 Pairings: Olives, red grapes, pears, figs, tomatoes, roasted red peppers, and hearty bread drizzled with olive oil. Also, with full bodied red wines like Langhe Nebbiolo, Chianti or Primitivo.
