The Molise region is known around the world to produce some of the highest quality black and white truffles and Centro Tartufi Molise are the experts and guarantee to deliver such exceptional high quality fresh truffles.
Truffles are harvested from the Molise forest in Italy. They have been preserved fresh as soon as they have been hunted and graded, to preserve and capture their nutty and aromatic earthy notes. Carpaccio is only made with summer black truffle, washed and sliced.
Available in mince, whole and pâté.
